为了研究自发气调包装及二氧化硫杀菌剂对荔枝的保鲜效果,在6℃条件下以妃子笑荔枝为研究对象,分别采用25%的SBS改性LDPE膜和缓释二氧化硫杀菌袋为外包装膜,并以LDPE膜和裸放荔枝作为对照,对荔枝进行25 d保鲜试验。结果表明,与LDPE组相比,保鲜效果最好的是25%的SBS改性薄膜加二氧化硫杀菌垫片组,其次是二氧化硫缓释杀菌包装组,2组均能降低荔枝的褐变速度,减少荔枝表面微生物侵害。

In order to identify the effect of MA packaging and SO2 on the preservation of litchi, SBS modified LDPE membrane and controllable-release SO2 packaging are used on the preservation of‘Feizixiao’ litchi at 6 ℃. LDPE film and naked litchi are used as control after 25 d preservation. Compared with control groups, the best results are obtained by using 25% SBS modified LDPE film which extended the preservation of litchi. Next came controllable-release SO2 group. These two groups have litchi pericarp browning slowdown, and reduces microorganism infraction.
