基于铅和二甲酚橙的络合反应体系,建立了双峰双波长分光光度法测定河水中的痕量铅的含量.在优化的实验条件下,该方法测定铅的检出限为0.0578ug/mL,线性范围为0.168—2.5ug/mL.方法的灵敏度和选择性较高.
基于鉛和二甲酚橙的絡閤反應體繫,建立瞭雙峰雙波長分光光度法測定河水中的痕量鉛的含量.在優化的實驗條件下,該方法測定鉛的檢齣限為0.0578ug/mL,線性範圍為0.168—2.5ug/mL.方法的靈敏度和選擇性較高.

Based on the reaction between Pb2 + and Xylenol Orange (XO), a new method for determination of Pb was advanced which the new method is named as double peak double wavelength spectrophotometry (DPDWS). The sensitivity and selectivity were very high.
