The paper advances Bayesian mechanism and the concept of dominant strategy mechanism, and analyzes the charac- teristics of Groves mechanism and its extension. Based on the budget balancing, the paper discusses the features of the agent' s pay- off function. The relation of the profit equilibrium between the two mechanisms is obtained under the transferring earnings.
