从国内外备件分类方法的对比分析着手,考虑非常规天然气对备件管理的要求,建立了备件的多阶段分类模型。首先根据备件对生产的影响程度按关键性进行划分,然后按年需求率和消耗的不确定性划分,最后对不同流动性的备件采用不同ABC价值分类法。在此基础上针对多层备件分类给出了相应的库存控制策略。研究成果对于非常规天然气项目在保持较高服务水平的情况下降低库存投资有较大的应用价值。

Based on the comparison analysis of the domestic and international classification method of spare parts, considering unconventional natural gas requirements for spare parts management, a multi-stage classification model for spare parts is built. First, spare parts are classified by criticality according to impact on production, and then divided by annual demand rate and consumption uncertainty. Finally, spare parts of different mobility are classified by ABC classification method according to different rule. On this basis, the inventory control strategies for multi-layer spare parts classification are given. This research will be an important reference to lower inventory investment while maintaining a high level of service for unconventional natural gas project.
