课程体系的设计和建设对现代物流人才的培养有着十分重要的意义,为了实现培养更多能够适应现代物流产业发展的技能型物流人才这一目标,文章提出了以提高＂上岗能力、迁移能力、个性发展能力＂为重点,以提升＂职业素质、知识结构、职业能力＂为核心的系统化的物流专业课程体系,对技能型物流人才培养模式进行了大胆的思考和创新。
