CX井丛已完钻的10多个井眼在钻遇山2上部煤系地层时，都不同程度地发生过地层加厚、井壁不稳定、垮塌、井漏等异常现象。这些异常现象和CX井丛附近山2段发育断层不无相关。本文拟在弄清楚CX井丛山2储层沉积特征、储集砂体展布和构造特征的基础上，结合该井丛三口水平井钻井过程中发生的特别现象，对比分析造成该井丛众多井眼发生井壁垮塌的原因，并提出一些该区域以及北部三期区域后续布井和井轨迹调整的建议。

While drilling through the coal layers above Shan2 formation of the more than 10 completed wellbores, to varying degrees, encountered thick formation, wellbore instability, collapse, losses etc. These abnormal phenomena is related to the developed fault of Shan2 formation nearby C X.This thesis aimed to explain the reservoir sedimentary characteristics, sand body distribution and structural feature, combined with the special phenomena while drilling the 3 dual lateral wells, analyzed the root cause of the wellbore collapse. Based on the analysis, some suggestions were rolled out for well placement and trajectory adjustment in this area and phase 3 in the north.
