2010年,苏里格气田东区开始水平井开发试验,由于储层地质条件差,对伤害更为敏感,且多段改造沿用中、西区的常规羟丙基压裂液体系,裂缝和储层伤害大、压后返排困难,压后测试平均无阻流量仅为3.88×10^4m^3/d,改造效果十分不理想。2011年,在前期大量室内研究和现场试验的基础上,分别应用羧甲基胍胶压裂液体系、低浓度羟丙基胍胶压裂液体系、阴离子表面活性剂压裂液体系等三种低伤害压裂液体系开展了8口水平井压裂试验,现场施工顺利,压后返排快,测试平均无阻流量31.63×10^4m^3/d,增产效果明显。低伤害压裂液的试验成功为苏里格气田东区水平井储层改造开辟了新的方向,为苏里格气田增产增效奠定了基础。

2010년,소리격기전동구개시수평정개발시험,유우저층지질조건차,대상해경위민감,차다단개조연용중、서구적상규간병기압렬액체계,렬봉화저층상해대、압후반배곤난,압후측시평균무조류량부위3.88×10^4m^3/d,개조효과십분불이상。2011년,재전기대량실내연구화현장시험적기출상,분별응용최갑기고효압렬액체계、저농도간병기고효압렬액체계、음리자표면활성제압렬액체계등삼충저상해압렬액체계개전료8구수평정압렬시험,현장시공순리,압후반배쾌,측시평균무조류량31.63×10^4m^3/d,증산효과명현。저상해압렬액적시험성공위소리격기전동구수평정저층개조개벽료신적방향,위소리격기전증산증효전정료기출。
In 2010 because Reservoir geological condition is poor,more sensitive to damage and use hydroxypropyl fracturing fluid system , the result of horizontal well development test is not well. After pressing test the average open-flow capacity is only 3.88×10^4m^3/d.In 2011, based on a large number of laboratory study and field tests,carboxymethyl guanidine gum fracturing fluid system,low concentration hydroxypropyl guanidine gum fracturing fluid system and anionic surfactant fracturing fluid system were applied in 8 horizontal well fracturing tests. Field construction smoothly,after pressing fluid flow back fast.After pressing test the average open-flow capacity is only 31.63×10^4m^3/d.The increase production emotion is obvious.Low damage fracturing fluid test is successfull in the sulige horizontal well and opened up a new direction.
