以乙二醛为交联剂与土豆淀粉制备了交联淀粉胶粘剂。考察了土豆淀粉浓度、乙二醛浓度、反应温度和反应时间对胶粘剂性能的影响,并采用红外光谱对树脂结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:当土豆淀粉浓度为3%、乙二醛浓度为1.2%、反应时间3h、反应温度70℃时,所制备的交联淀粉胶粘剂综合性能最佳。
以乙二醛為交聯劑與土豆澱粉製備瞭交聯澱粉膠粘劑。攷察瞭土豆澱粉濃度、乙二醛濃度、反應溫度和反應時間對膠粘劑性能的影響,併採用紅外光譜對樹脂結構進行瞭錶徵。研究結果錶明:噹土豆澱粉濃度為3%、乙二醛濃度為1.2%、反應時間3h、反應溫度70℃時,所製備的交聯澱粉膠粘劑綜閤性能最佳。

Cross linking starch adhesives were prepared with potato starch and glyoxal as cross linking agent. The effects of concentration of potato starch, concentration of glyoxal, reaction temperature and reaction time on properties of the cross linking starch adhesives were investigated. In addition, the structure of cross linking starch adhesive was characterized by FTIR. The results showed that the overall performance of the synthetic adhesive was excellent under the conditions of 3% potato starch, 1.2% glyoxal, and reacted for 3h at 70℃,
