泡沫染整是一种低给液的纺织品染整加工工艺，具有节水、节能、节约染化料、可提高生产效率等优势，是节能减排、生态环保型染整技术之一。本文回顾了国内外泡沫染整技术发展情况；阐述了泡沫染整设备的工作原理，比较了几种发泡机、泡沫施加器的特点；介绍了泡沫技术在牛仔布丝光、织物增白、经纱上浆、织物和地毯染色、地毯印花、功能整理中的应用；预测了泡沫染整的应用前景。

Foam dyeing and finishing is a kind of low wet pickup process, which has the benefits of saving water, energy and dyestuff, and improving the efficiency of production. It is one of the energy saving, emission reducing and eco-friendly dyeing and finishing technology. In this article, the development of foam dyeing and finishing technology was reviewed at home and abroad. The working principle of foam dyeing and finishing equipment was stated. The characteristics of several kinds of foaming machine and exerting foam machine were compared. Application of the technology in denim mercerizing, fabric whitening, warp sizing, fabric and carpet dyeing, carpet printing and functional finishing were introduced. The application prospect of foam dyeing and finishing was also predicted.
