木薯渣是木薯加工过程中产生的下脚料,富含大量盼纤维和淀粉。近年来,木薯渣作为饲料资源进行开发和利用能够使其变废为宝。减少对环境的破坏,受到了国内外的普遍重视。其中微生物发酵处理能够使木薯渣的粗纤维降解,改善适口性,提高饲料转化率。本文就木薯渣的营养特点、加工处理和在畜禽养殖中的应用等作一概括和总结。
