选择体重为20kg±2kg的健康杜×长×大生长猪60头,随机分为5处理(每处理3重复,每重复有4头猪),分别饲喂0%、5%、10%、15%、20%膨化全脂油菜籽粉(EFFRM)日粮,各处理日粮中EFFRM以等能等可消化氨基酸基础取代大豆蛋白。试猪自由采食和饮水,试验期40d。试验用全脂菜籽为“双高”品种,采用干法膨化加工。试验结果显示:试猪采食量和日增重随日粮中EFFRM用量的增加呈先上升(5%用量)后明显下降(10%~20%用量)的规律;5%EFFRM处理的采食量和增重在数值上高于0%处理,差异未达显著水平(P〉0.05),但显著高于10%处理(P〈0.05),极显著高于15%、20%处理(P〈0.01):各处理的单位增重耗料(FCR)无显著差异(P〉0.05),在数值上仍以5%、0%处理最低。以上结果表明,20-40kg猪日粮中“双高”来源的EFFRM用量以5%为宜,用量10%及以上会显著影响猪的采食量,降低生长速度。

The effect of extruded full-fat rapeseed meal (EFFRM) was evaluated on production performance of growing pigs in an experiment of 60 pigs (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) with an average initial weight of 20 kg±2 kg. Five treatments (three replicates, each with 4 pigs) were randomly allotted to the diets of 0%,5%,10%,15%,20% EFFRM respectively. Experiment diets were formulated based on the same digestible energy and amino acid profile. Animals were fed ad libitum both for feed and water during 40 days. The results showed that feed intake and average daily gain (ADG) increased at the level of 5% and then decreased at the levels of 10%-20% EFFRM, compared to the control (0%), pigs fed with 5% EFFRM had significant higher feed intake and ADG than that of fed. with 10% EFFRM (P〈0.05) and 15%,20% EFFRM (P〈0.01), feed intake and ADG for pigs with 5% EFFRM were also numerically better than that of fed with 0% EFFRM (P〉0.05). There were no significant differences between treatments in feed conversion(P〉0.05), but the treatments of 0%,5% EFFRM were better than treatments of 10%-20% EFFRM. It was concluded that EFFRM can be added into growing pig's (20-40kg) diet at the level of 5% which without negative effect on production performance.
