本文主要研究当归补血汤(DBT)对环磷酰胺(Cy)所致家兔血细胞减少的影响。将40只新西兰白兔(1.7—1.9kg)随机分为4组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组按75mg/kg体重腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cy),连续3d,诱发家兔血细胞减少。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别给予1mL/kg的当归补血汤和玉屏风口服液(YPF),Ⅲ组为环磷酰胺对照,Ⅳ组等剂量注射生理盐水作为健康空白对照。试验期15d,观察药物对免疫抑制家兔血液学指标如白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、平均血红蛋白含量(HGB)、血小板计数(PLT),以及体重的影响。结果显示:YPF和DBT对Cy造模家兔的血液学指标有一定程度的恢复作用,且DBT效果优于YPF,但均未能使WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT值达到正常水平;YPF和DBT对Cy造模家兔的体重增长无明显影响。本试验证明:“当归补血汤”能改善环磷酰胺所致血细胞减少家兔的血液学指标。效果优于临床常用的经典方剂“玉屏风”,但尚不能恢复到正常水平。

본문주요연구당귀보혈탕(DBT)대배린선알(Cy)소치가토혈세포감소적영향。장40지신서란백토(1.7—1.9kg)수궤분위4조,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ조안75mg/kg체중복강주사배린선알(Cy),련속3d,유발가토혈세포감소。Ⅰ、Ⅱ조분별급여1mL/kg적당귀보혈탕화옥병풍구복액(YPF),Ⅲ조위배린선알대조,Ⅳ조등제량주사생리염수작위건강공백대조。시험기15d,관찰약물대면역억제가토혈액학지표여백세포계수(WBC)、홍세포계수(RBC)、평균혈홍단백함량(HGB)、혈소판계수(PLT),이급체중적영향。결과현시:YPF화DBT대Cy조모가토적혈액학지표유일정정도적회복작용,차DBT효과우우YPF,단균미능사WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT치체도정상수평;YPF화DBT대Cy조모가토적체중증장무명현영향。본시험증명:“당귀보혈탕”능개선배린선알소치혈세포감소가토적혈액학지표。효과우우림상상용적경전방제“옥병풍”,단상불능회복도정상수평。
A total of 40 female rabbits (initial body weight: 1.7-1.9kg) were randomly distributed to 4 groups. Beginning the first day and ending the fourth day, rabbits in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were injected daily in the abdominal region with a dosage of 75 mg/kg cyclophosphamide. At the same time, rabbits in group Ⅳ were injected with isodose normal saline. Then, rabbits in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were received a dose of 1 mL/kg DBT or YPF respectively. WBC, RBC, r HGB, and PLT in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly enhanced than those of group Ⅲ. However, the hematology status of rabbits in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were not recuperated to normal level. Our results suggested that DBT can ameliorate hypocytosis status that induced by cyclophosphamide in rabbits.
