当前网络视频课程发展中存在品牌优势不明显,缺乏有效推广,利用率不高,视频课程平台难以满足用户多方面的需求,缺乏个性化服务等问题。为了完善网络视频课程建设,应努力打造具有鲜明特色、有品牌优势的视频资源平台,加大宣传力度,提高利用率,应深化服务层次,完善服务方式与内容,改变视频课程资源共享机制,做好用户信息的保密工作:妥善处理好知识产权问题,保障网络视频课程建设的可持续发展等。最后提出:要积极推进大学公开课建设,在高等院校中尝试实施网络视频课程教学与课堂授课相结合的教学模式,逐步推进高校教学改革。

당전망락시빈과정발전중존재품패우세불명현,결핍유효추엄,이용솔불고,시빈과정평태난이만족용호다방면적수구,결핍개성화복무등문제。위료완선망락시빈과정건설,응노력타조구유선명특색、유품패우세적시빈자원평태,가대선전력도,제고이용솔,응심화복무층차,완선복무방식여내용,개변시빈과정자원공향궤제,주호용호신식적보밀공작:타선처리호지식산권문제,보장망락시빈과정건설적가지속발전등。최후제출:요적겁추진대학공개과건설,재고등원교중상시실시망락시빈과정교학여과당수과상결합적교학모식,축보추진고교교학개혁。
At present, the network video courses, there are many problems in the development: brand advantage is not obvious, lack of effective spread, utilization rate is low, it difficult to meet the user's demands, the shortage of personalized service, etc. In order to perfect the network video course construction, we should attempt to create the network video courses with distinct characteristics and brand advantage, enhance propaganda, increase utilization rate, deepen the service level, reform service mode and content, improve the video course resources sharing mechanism, we shall do our best to complete the user information of secrecy, properly deal with intellectual property rights, safeguard network video course construction and sustainable development, etc.At last, it puts forward: We should to actively promote university public class construction, attempt to put the teaching model of the combination of network video course teaching and classroom teaching into practice in colleges and universities gradually promote the teaching reform of higher education.
