提出了基于直流系统运行状态对电网功率传输影响的可靠性评价指标。首先分析和探讨传统评价指标能量可用率在对直流系统的评估应用中存在的不足，从算法本质上解析问题根源，并以此为出发点改进指标，提出功率可用率指标，最后通过算例验证功率可用率指标的算法。以南方电网公司的直流输电系统为研究对象，选取有代表性的几次停运事件来具体分析，整体探讨新指标的应用效果，为优化检修安排提供一定的参考信息和决策依据。

A reliability evaluation index based on the impact of operating condition of HVDC power system on grid power transmission is given. Firstly, the insufficiency of applying traditional evaluation index, namely the energy availability, in the evaluation of HVDC power system is analyzed to parse the root of the problem in the essence of the algorithm, and taking it as the starting point the index is improved; then, based on energy availability algorithm a new index of power availability is proposed; finally, the power availability algorithm is validated by calculation example. Taking the HVDC power transmission of China Southern Power Grid as the research object, several representative outage events of the HVDC system are chosen for concrete analysis to overall discuss the application effect of the new evaluation index. The proposed new evaluation index may provide are certain reference information and decision basis for maintenance scheduling optimization.
