河南省农业科学院种猪场利用自己的科技优势,经过近10 a的研究探索,通过采用污水生态化综合处理工艺处理规模化猪场污水,经运行测试分析表明:该污水处理工艺出水水质稳定,生物需养量去除率达88.04%,化学需养量去除率达88.56%,悬浮颗粒去除率达90.77%,硫化物去除率达88.29%,铜化物去除率达95.74%,氨氮含量为6.37 mg/L,达到国家《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》规定的要求,可用于冲洗猪舍和厕所以及绿化[1]。比较理想地解决了猪场污水处理工艺运行的关键环节。为我国中部缺水地区猪场污水处理工艺进行了有益探索。

After 10 years of explorations, the breeding pig farm of He'nan Academy of Agricultural Sciences took advantage of its own sciences position by adopting comprehensive sewage ecological treatment process to deal with the sewage of intensive scaled pig farm.It had been demonstrated that the quality of water output was steady , the removal rate of BOD, COD ( Cr ) , SS, sulfured, Cu2+ were 88.04%, 88.56%, 90.77%, 88.29% and 95.74%, respectively, and the content of ammonia nitrogen was 6.37 mg/L, the quality of water was accorded with livestock and poultry breeding industry emissions standards.It could be used to flush the piggery and toilet , or for verdurization.It was ideal to solve the key point of the operation in the process of pig farm sewage, and beneficial exploration for treatment process of the sewage of pig farm in the water shortage areas in central of China.
