In order to develop prickly ash industry better and increase farmers' income, the in- dustry should draw lessons from the industrial development patterns of tobacco, silkworm mulberry and cane sugar: to promote advanced technology of cultivation and improved seed strains, build a high yield and high quality comprehensive demonstration zone, stable purchase price, mobilize farm- ers' enthusiasm of prickly ash planting, increase product promotion and to widen prickly ash mar- ket.
