结合悬挂发射装置振动试验的设计理念,探讨虚拟试验技术在悬挂发射装置振动试验中的应用方法。利用MSC.NASTRAN计算产品模型在给定振动激励和约束下的响应,为振动试验控制点的选择提供参考。结合现有条件,以虚拟振动试验作为主要研究方向,通过实际算例对虚拟振动试验在实物振动试验设计上的应用效果进行了验证。

In this paper,a design and application method for vibration experiment with virtual prototype experiment is proposed for suspension type launch equipment.Based on the design idea,the product calculation model is established in the MSC.NASTRAN software platform in order to calculate the vibration response value under the given vibration excitation and constrain condition.It is valuable to determine and select the control point during vibration experiment.The corresponding verified experiment is also designed based on certain real case.The research result according to the virtual vibration experiment is successfully used to guide the real vibration experiment.The real experiment result shows the virtual experiment model and calculation result is effective and practicable.
