建立了船用浮筏的有限元模型,计算分析了隔振器刚度、阻尼对浮筏隔振性能的影响,定性分析了驻波效应对隔振效果的影响。结果表明:隔振器刚度的变化主要影响系统低频部分的隔振性能,对高频部分影响不大,增加隔振器刚度会降低浮筏的隔振性能;隔振器阻尼的增加不利于浮筏减振降噪,尤其在高频段;隔振器的高频驻波效应对浮筏的隔着效果造成严重影响,且频率越高影响越大。
建立瞭船用浮筏的有限元模型,計算分析瞭隔振器剛度、阻尼對浮筏隔振性能的影響,定性分析瞭駐波效應對隔振效果的影響。結果錶明:隔振器剛度的變化主要影響繫統低頻部分的隔振性能,對高頻部分影響不大,增加隔振器剛度會降低浮筏的隔振性能;隔振器阻尼的增加不利于浮筏減振降譟,尤其在高頻段;隔振器的高頻駐波效應對浮筏的隔著效果造成嚴重影響,且頻率越高影響越大。

The finite element model of marine floating raft is build. The effects of isolator parameters on vibration isolation performance of floating raft is analyzed, and the standing wave effect in high frequency is introduced and its influence on isolation performance is analyzed. The results show that the stiffness of isolator affect the performance in low frequency mostly and have little effect in high frequency, the isolation performance will decrease with the increase of isolator stiffness, The increase of isolator damping will have negative effect on isolation performance; Standing wave effect have enormous negative influence on isolation performance, the influence will be bigger with the increase of frequency.
