"Course Design of Principles of Chemical Engineering" is an engineering design which mainly focuses on unit operations of chemical engineering and is the first chemical design of students majoring in chemical engineering. It plays very important roles in culturing independent working capabilities, innovation capabilities of students and improving comprehensive qualities and engineering practice capabilities of students. Therefore, that how to improve the teaching quality of "Course Design of Principles of Chemical Engineering" and culture engineering consciousness and engineering design capabilities of students is of important meanings to improve practice capabilities and inno~vation thoughts of students.
