文章对某硫酸生产企业余热锅炉的工艺流程作了简要介绍，针对锅炉岗位的工艺、设备、设施及作业活动，从影响人、财产和环境三个方面的可能性和严重程度进行了风险识别和分析，并作出了风险度的评价和分级，提出了预防风险的一些对策。

The technological processes of waste heat boiler in a sulfuric acid enterprise were briefly introduced in this paper, in view of the processes, equipments, facilities and work activities of boiler jobs, the risk of possibility and severity from the impact of people, property and environment were identified and analyzed. The risk evaluation and classification were made and some countermeasures to prevent risks were proposed.
