通过注塑成型制备了不同碳纤维质缱分数的碳纤维/聚丙烯复合材料,研究了复合材料的流动性、注塑工艺条件、力学性能和电学性能。结果表明,含有碳纤维复合材料的流动性下降,在注塑时须相应提高注射温度:在一定含量范围内,含碳纤维量复合材料的拉伸强度提高;含碳纤维量复合材料的电阻率明显下降。
通過註塑成型製備瞭不同碳纖維質繾分數的碳纖維/聚丙烯複閤材料,研究瞭複閤材料的流動性、註塑工藝條件、力學性能和電學性能。結果錶明,含有碳纖維複閤材料的流動性下降,在註塑時鬚相應提高註射溫度:在一定含量範圍內,含碳纖維量複閤材料的拉伸彊度提高;含碳纖維量複閤材料的電阻率明顯下降。

The carbon fiber and polypropylene composites were prepared in different carbon fiber mass percents by the injection molding. The fluidity, the technology of the injection molding, the mechanical properties and the electrical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that: the fluidity of the carbon fiber composites decreased with the increase of the carbon fiber mass percents and the temperature of the injection should be raised; the tensile strength of the carbon fiber composites increased in a specific range; the resistivity of the carbon fiber composites decreased remarkably.
