采用硅烷偶联荆对纳米掺锑二氧化锡(ATO)粒子表面进行化学改性,将纳米ATO粉体分敞于蒸馏水中制备成纳米ATO浆科,研究了分散剂种类,分散剂用锵,硅烷偶联剂,硅烷偶联剂用母,分散时间和pH等参数对ATO纳米浆料分散效果的影响。当采用硅烷偶联刹KH560.其用量为浆料总质量的0.8%:嵌段型分散剂3275,其用景为浆料总质量的0.6%:pH=10时,可制务分散性能良好的纳米ATO浆料;

The silane coupling agent on antimony doped tin oxide (ATO) particle surface chemical modification, the ATO nanomcter powder dispersed in distilled water prepared into nanometer ATO slurry. And the effects of type and account of dispersant, the type and account of silane coupling agent, the time of dispersion and pH on the dispersion of ATO nano-slurry were studied. When using the silane coupling agent KH560 of 0.8 % of the total mass of the slurry, block type dispersing agent 3275 of 0.6 %, stable homogeneous dispersions were prepared ofpH 10.
