在传统的三塔精馏工艺中,预塔除去的低沸点有机成分及不凝物在现场就地放空。由于预塔放空气中含有大量的CO2和可燃气体,为了安全与环保起见,本厂通过对预塔放空气进行多次节能减排技术改造,并最终取得了良好的效果,达到了节能减排增效的目的。

In the traditional process of three-column distillation, the boiling organic ingredients and non-condensable gas from the distillation pre-column, contained large amounts of CO and combustible gases, were discharged to air directly. For the sake of safety and pro-environment, our factory carried out several energy-saving technical innovation of exhaust gas, and ultimately achieved good results and energy reduction efficiency purposes.
