以磷酰氯、2-硝基苯胺为原料,通过亲核取代反应生成中间体N-苯基磷酰二氯,再将N-苯基磷酰二氯与液氨通过氨解反应合成N-苯基磷酰三胺(NPPT),优化了反应温度和配料比,产品含量99.2%,总收率76.4%。该工艺简便、生产成本低、收率高且适合工业化生产。

Using Phosphorylchloride and 2-Nitroaniline as raw material, the intermediate N - phenyl phosphoryl chloride is synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction. Then, the intermediate is reacted with ammonia by ammonolysis to synthesize the N-(2-nitrophenyl)phosphoric triamide.the synthesis conditions such as temperature and charge ratio are optimized. The purity of product was 99.2 %, overall yield of 76.4 %. This process is simple, low- cost, high- yield and suitable for industrial production.
