采用国家标准方法,研究黄连本油脂的物理化学特性。结果表明,黄连木油的比重为0.9043,吸光度为7.9250,折光指数为1.4725,碘值为95.42,不皂化物含量为4.53%,皂化价为148.9921,酸价为25,水份及挥发物含量为O.56%。通过与其它植物油进行比较分析,认为黄连术油的碘值、水分及挥发物含量和矿物柴油相近,基本符合《柴油机燃料调合用生物柴油(BD100)》的标准,适合做生物柴油的生产原料。

Using the national standard method to research the chemical and physical properties of Pistacia chinensis grease. The results shows that the proportion of Pistacia chinensis grease is 0.9043, Absorbency is 7.9250, refractive indexes is 1.4725, lodic value is 95.42, Unsaponification content is 4.53 %, Saponification price is 148.9921, Acid value is 25, Moisture and volatile content is 0.56 %. After comparative analysis with other vegetable oils, it can be found that the lodic Value and the Moisture and Volatile of the sample of Pistacia chinensis grease is similar to Mineral diesel, they basically reach the standard of BDI00, so it is suitable to be the biodiesel production materials.
