采用水热法制备Cu-Zn-Al-Li微晶,研究了水热法合成Cu-Zn-Al-Li催化剂过程中pH、沉淀剂、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等对Cu-Zn-Al-Li催化剂粒径及微观形貌的影响,分别采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对制备的Cu-Zn-Al-Li微晶进行表征。结果表明,控制不同的合成工艺可以制得花瓣状和不规则立方体等形貌的Cu-Zn-Al-Li微晶。

Cu-Zn-Al-Li catalyst was synthesized by hydrothen-aal method. Effects of pH, precipitant, calcination temperature and calcination time on particle size and the morphology of Cu-Zn-Al-Li were systematically studied. The Cu-Zn-Al-Li catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that petaloid and irregular cubic morphology of Cu-Zn-Al-Li microcrystalline can be synthesized by using various experimental conditions.
