以污泥和树叶为原料进行了好氧堆肥,分析了三种温控方式对堆肥过程中堆体温度、氧气、二氧化碳等指标的影响。结果表明:如不设置保温措施,堆肥难以成功。利用堆体温度反馈调节水浴加热和将水浴温度恒定至60℃两种控温方式均可使堆体达到无害化的高温持续时间。其中利用堆体温度反馈调节水浴加热更能反映堆肥温度的变化趋势。

A co-composting of municipal sludge and leaf under different temperature control mode was studied in pilot scale for obtaining the best temperature control mode. The indexes such as temperature, O2 and CO2 concentration were analyzed to examine the feasibility of co-composting of municipal sludge and leaf. Results show that: if the temperature control mode wasn't set, compost can't succeed. Municipal sludge and leaf can realize co-composting under both composting pile temperature feedback regulating water-bathing heating temperature and water-bathing constant temperature 60 ℃. The temperature control mode of composting pile temperature feedback regulating water-bathing heating temperature can better describe the change trend of composting temperature.
