原油管道一旦发生泄漏事故进入水体,会对河流水质及沿岸生态环境产生严重影响。本文以兰成输油管道为例,采用Fannelop&Waldman计算模型,对原油管道事故泄漏对地表水的影响进行定量预测。结果表明:原油管道大规模泄漏入河流后,将对河流造成较严重的污染。对此,提出管道泄漏的风险防范和应急措施,为其它管道的风险评价与控制提供参考。

Leaking crude oil pipeline will have major impacts on the qualities of rivers and coastal ecological environment. Tak- ing Lancheng crude oil pipeline as an example, the impacts of the leakage were analyzed quantitatively based on the Fannelop & Waldman computational model. Results show that the rivers are severely polluted when the pipeline is broken. This paper proposes some prevention and emergency measures for pipeline leakage risks, providing references for assessment and control of similar risks.
