epoxy terrazzo floors: volume shrinkage ratio: ratio of pigment and binder
涂料在聚合过程中会产生体积收缩,而体积收缩将导致涂层的附着强度大大降低,还可能加速涂层老化的进程。本研究采用环氧树脂及脂环胺固化剂为主要成膜物质,利用正交实验探讨颜基比、偶联剂及增韧剂用量对环氧磨石地坪涂层体积收缩率的影响。研究结果表明,涂层体积收缩率影响的因素主次顺序为:颜基比〉漆膜固化时间〉增韧剂用量〉偶联剂用量:在颜基比为70%,漆膜固化时间为72h,偶联剂用量为O.1%,CMP-410增韧剂用量为1.5%的条件下涂层的体积收缩率为2.5%。

The volume shrinkage during the coating polymerization process will result in lowering coating adhesive strength and may accelerate the ageing process of coatings film. The binder component of the floors employed is mainly E51 epoxy resin and alicyclic amine, The effects of Pigment to binder ratio, curing time, toughener dosage and coupling agent on Volume Shrinkage Ratio of Epoxy Terrazzo Floors were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the significance of the effects of these factors on Volume Shrinkage Ratio of Epoxy Terrazzo Floors decreaseed in the order: ratio of pigment and binder, curing time, toughener dosage and coupling agent content of volume shrinkage ratio could reach 2.5 % under the Pigment to binder ratio 70 %, curing time 72 hours, CMP-410 1.5 % and coupling agent 0.1%.
