研究了“能力主线,教学做合一人才培养模式,阐述了该模式的构建方案和步骤,以职业能力培养为主线,将企业的工作内容融入课程教学中,把教学内容按工作过程展开,让学生在职业性的教学情景中参与学习,实现教学做一体化。在实践中形成了具有自身特色的专业课程体系、实践教学体系、师资队伍建设体系和人才评价体系。
研究瞭“能力主線,教學做閤一人纔培養模式,闡述瞭該模式的構建方案和步驟,以職業能力培養為主線,將企業的工作內容融入課程教學中,把教學內容按工作過程展開,讓學生在職業性的教學情景中參與學習,實現教學做一體化。在實踐中形成瞭具有自身特色的專業課程體繫、實踐教學體繫、師資隊伍建設體繫和人纔評價體繫。

Personnel training mode was researched on ability line and teaching integration. The mode construction scheme and step was elaborated that occupation ability training as the main line, enterprise work contented into curriculum teaching, the students participate the study in the occupation of the teaching situation and teaching integration was implemented. In practice, specialty course system, practice teaching system, teacher team construction system and talent evaluation system had formed its own characteristics.
