The employment guidance education for college students lacks pertinence and effectiveness, and the crux of the problem is due to its inadequate organic structure construction as well as multifarious and disorderly contents of employment guidance for college students .The model of employment guidance only exists in its form, but the practice activities of employment for college students are neglected. Thus, with the help of plate relationship between the contents and system of employment guidance course, the plate model of employment guidance possesses rich collocation and presents distinctive cMracteristics like plate in structure, identity in target, gradual advance in contents, integration in plate, urging us to further explore the system of employment guidance course in terms of its target, contents and guidance focus as well as career development for college students.
