This paper introduces the equipment composition and structure of meteorological information system, network division and management, and collection and release of meteorological information in Heilongjiang Air Traffic Management Bureau of CAAC observatory. The meteorological information system is composed of multiple independent meteorological information detection devices, so the system uses the method of VLAN, and the detection devices are divided in the network. The method can not only share the meteorological data, but also be convenient for the management and security of network. The construction of this system lays a solid foundation for in-time, exact and high-efficient storage and exchange of aviation meteorological data, it is very important for aviation safety.
