选用3种不同直径的不锈钢长丝,纺制了6种竹/不锈钢纤维包芯纱。介绍了竹/不锈钢纤维包芯纱的纺纱原理及工艺特点,并对所纺包芯纱的力学性能及毛羽指数等性能进行对比分析。最终制成的包芯纱既具有竹纤维的舒适性,又具有不锈钢纤维的防电磁辐射功能。

Three kinds of stainless steel fibers of different diameter were selected, and six kinds of bamboo stainless steel fiber core-spun yarns were spun. In this article, the spinning principle and process characteristics of bamboo stainless steel fibers core-spun yams were introduced, and then mechanical properties and hairiness indexes were compared and analyzed. The results show that core-spun yams have both of bamboo fibers' comfort and with stainless steel fibers' anti-electromagnetic radiation function.
