137 Holstein cows deliveried in 4 weeks were selected as the experimental animals. 19 alcohol test positive and CMT test negative cows were selected as the experimental group. 14 alcohol test negative while CMT test negative cows were selected as the control group. Milk physical and chemical indicators, blood cell index and blood biochemical parameters were detected. The results showed that the incidence of low acidity alcohol positive milk (APM) was 42.34% during the early location. Low acidity APM was more likely to occur in early location cows. There was no correlation between low acidity APM and subclinical mastitis. The lactose in the milk and hemoglobin, WBC, lymphocyte, intermediate cell, neutrophil, total protein, globulin, calcium, magnesium, glucose, cholesterol in the blood of the cows with low acidity APM were significantly decreased. The milk fat percentage, the sodium and β-Hydroxybutyrate in the serum were significantly increased.
