随着我国一级学科硕士点获批数量不断增多，研究生的教学管理质量成为评价一个教学单位的重要标志。以一级学科硕士研究生为对象，以保障其培养质量为目标，从健全教学单位管理机构，加强导师队伍建设，提高课堂教学质量三个核心方面出发，建立了一套科学高效的教学管理质量保障体系。

As the number of first grade discipline for master degree approved was increasing nationally, the quality of teaching management of graduates was considered as an important symbol for a teaching organization. The first - grade dis- cipline for master's degree was investigated, aiming at the guarantee of cultivation quality. A scientific and effective system for ensuring the teaching management quality was established on the basis of three core aspects, which were perfecting management mechanism of teaching organization, strengthening the construction of the adviser team and improving the quality of classroom teaching.
