采用絮凝初级处理与光催化深度净化复合的方法处理染料皂黄废水,研究絮凝剂PAC用量、TiO2用量、反应时间等因素对皂黄处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,絮凝剂用量增加到一定程度时,皂黄的脱色率几乎不变;光催化单独作用可以使染料完全脱色,但需要较长的反应时间。在100mL皂黄溶液中,当絮凝剂用量为50mg,TiO2用量为5.0mg,反应进行到10min时皂黄的脱色率就达到76.1%。絮凝一光催化复合方式处理染料皂黄大大提高了脱色效率。

A combination of primary flocculation and the subsequent photocatalytic deep treatment was applied to treat Metanil yellow solution. The influences of factors such as amounts of flocculates and TiO2, and reaction time were studied on dye treating. The results indicated that decoloration rate of Metanil yellow became stable after addition of a cer-tain amount of flocculate PAC. Photocatalytic treatment itself could result in total decoloration of the dye, but a long reac-tion time was necessary. When using 50 mg PAC and 5.0 mg TiO2 in 100 mL Metanil yellow solution, decoloration rate reached 76. 1% after 10 rain. The combination of flocculation and photocatalytic process can eventually accelerate decolor-ation of the dye obviously.
