研究白芷挥发油化学成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白芷挥发油,利用GC—MS技术分析其挥发油成分。共检出40个色谱峰,并鉴定其中38种成分。白芷挥发油中的主要化学成分为醚类成分,占挥发油总量61.14%,其次为不饱和烃类化合物,占挥发油总量的20.03%。

The volatile components of Radix Angelica Dahuricate were analyzed, which were extracted by steam dis-tillation, and the components were analyzed using GC - MS method. 40 chromatography peaks were detected, and 38 components were identified. The main volatile component of radix Angelica Dahuricate was sulfide, presenting 61.14% of the total components, and the next was unsaturated hydrocarbon, presenting 20. 03%.
