采用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定铁离子标准溶液,盐酸羟胺作为还原剂,邻菲罗啉作为显色剂,通过一系列的条件实验,得到测量铁离子吸光度的最佳条件。由标准曲线及样品的吸光度可以得到溶液的铁浓度。建立了一个方便、快速、准确的普遍使用于受污染滤料总铁含量的分析方法。

The standard solution of iron was determined by spectrophotometric method ferrum content with hydroxyla-mine hydroehloride as reducing agent, and o-phenanthroline as the color reagent. The best condition was obtained by a series of conditional experiments. The iron concentration was calculated through the standard curve and the absorbance. The analytical method established in wasted filter material was proved to be convenient, fast and accurate.
