采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比为50:40:10,加入0.01%三乙胺)为流动相,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器(波长245nm),用外标法对15%甲维刈比虫啉悬浮剂进行了定量分析。结果表明,方法中甲维盐和吡虫啉标准偏差分别为0.04,0.05,变异系数分别为0.77%,0.49%,平均回收率分别为99.07%,100.04%。

A method was developed for the analysis of 15 % suspension concentrate formulation of emamectin benzo-ate and imidacloprid by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on ClS column with UV-absorbance detector (wavelength 245 nm) and mobile phase of methanol- acetonitrile-water (volume ratio of 50:40 : 10, adding 0.01% triethylamine). The results showed that the standard deviations, variation coefficients and average recoveries of emamectin benzoate and imidacloprid were 0. 04, 0. 77% , 99.07% and 0. 05, 0. 49% , 100. 04% , respectively.
