采用水作为溶剂,苯丙乳液为成膜物质,氧化铁红和磷酸锌为主体防锈颜料,并加人复合缓蚀剂,研制一种稳定型水性带锈防锈涂料。此外,研究了颜基比、复合缓蚀剂对涂膜性能的影响。试验研究发现,当颜基比为1.0,复合缓蚀剂为0.5%时,涂膜的各项性能优良,以此优化来涂料配方。
採用水作為溶劑,苯丙乳液為成膜物質,氧化鐵紅和燐痠鋅為主體防鏽顏料,併加人複閤緩蝕劑,研製一種穩定型水性帶鏽防鏽塗料。此外,研究瞭顏基比、複閤緩蝕劑對塗膜性能的影響。試驗研究髮現,噹顏基比為1.0,複閤緩蝕劑為0.5%時,塗膜的各項性能優良,以此優化來塗料配方。

Using water as solvent, styrene - acrylic latex for becoming the membrane, oxidation iron oxide red and zinc phosphate as the main body antirust pigment, and adding the composite inhibitor, a stable waterborne antirust paint with rust was developed. In addition, the YanJi ratio and effect of composite inhibitor on the performance of the paint film were researched. It showed that when YanJi ratio was 1.0 and composite inhibitor was 0. 5%, the performance of the film was excellent, which was used to optimize the coating formula.
