通过试验确定以酸浸淮南粉煤灰渣为原料生产水玻璃的最佳工艺条件。以水玻璃模数和灰渣中SiO2的溶出率为指标,NaOH溶液的质量分数、液固比、碱浸时间、碱浸温度为影响因素进行正交试验,对结果进行了极差分析和方差分析,分析结果一致。最佳方案为NaOH的质量分数为15%、液固比3:1、反应时间3h、反应温度60℃。经验证,最优方案的水玻璃模数为3.5,SiO2溶出率为98.03%,为最佳试验结果。

In order to determine the optimal conditions of water glass from fly ash, through orthogonal experiment, the influences of correlative parameters including NaOH concentration, L/s (NaOH to fly ash), reaction temperature and reaction time on the modulus of water glass and the deliquescent rate of SiO2 were analyzed. The level difference and square difference analysis were applied to the orthogonal experimental, the two methods'results were identical. The opti- mal scheme was NaOH concentration 15%, L/s 3 : 1, reaction time 3 h and reaction temperature 60 ℃. The optimal ex-periment results were the modulus 3.5 and the deliquescent rate 98.03%.
