以废铝塑为原材料,利用盐酸溶液对铝塑进行充分的分离,用分离液合成净水剂聚合氯化铝,探索铝塑分离的最佳工艺,考察了盐酸浓度、反应时间、加热温度、固液比对于铝塑分离的影响,得出最佳条件;用废铝塑浸出液制备高效净水剂聚合氯化铝,探索合成的最佳工艺,考察了氢氧化钠的加入体积、熟化时间、熟化温度、缓冲溶液对其影响,获得最佳条件。
以廢鋁塑為原材料,利用鹽痠溶液對鋁塑進行充分的分離,用分離液閤成淨水劑聚閤氯化鋁,探索鋁塑分離的最佳工藝,攷察瞭鹽痠濃度、反應時間、加熱溫度、固液比對于鋁塑分離的影響,得齣最佳條件;用廢鋁塑浸齣液製備高效淨水劑聚閤氯化鋁,探索閤成的最佳工藝,攷察瞭氫氧化鈉的加入體積、熟化時間、熟化溫度、緩遲溶液對其影響,穫得最佳條件。

The waste of aluminum - plastic as raw material, using hydrochloric acid solution, the aluminum - plastic was separated fully, and with separate liquid, the scarcity polymerization was synthesized. The best technology of alumi-num separation was explored, and hydrochloric acid solution concentration, reaction time, the heating temperature, solid - liquid separation, and stirring speed for the influence of aluminum were investigated, and the best conditions were got. Using the waste aluminum -plastic leaching solution, high PAC was got, and the best synthesis technology was explored, the influence of volume of the sodium hydroxide to join, maturation time, maturation temperature, and buffer solution to its influence were discussed to obtain the best conditions.
