从土壤和活性污泥中分离出6株絮凝菌,研究了其中絮凝性较好的三株菌种及其构建的复合菌所产絮凝剂对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝情况,筛选出高效的絮凝剂产生菌,并对其发酵条件进行优化。结果表明,复合絮凝菌1#+14#所产絮凝剂絮凝效率最高为95.75%,在72h发酵培养时间内,装液量为50mL,培养基初始pH值为8.0,发酵温度为35qC,摇床转速为160r/min时,絮凝效果最好。

종토양화활성오니중분리출6주서응균,연구료기중서응성교호적삼주균충급기구건적복합균소산서응제대고령토현탁액적서응정황,사선출고효적서응제산생균,병대기발효조건진행우화。결과표명,복합서응균1#+14#소산서응제서응효솔최고위95.75%,재72h발효배양시간내,장액량위50mL,배양기초시pH치위8.0,발효온도위35qC,요상전속위160r/min시,서응효과최호。
From the soil and activated sludge 6 strains bacteria were isolated, researched and analyzed 3 of which had a good floeeutability and the compound bacteria on kaolin suspension of flocculation conditions, selected composite ef-ficient flocculants produced bacteria and optimized the fermentation conditions. The results showed that the floeculation product by composite flocculation bacteria 1 # + 14 # was efficient, whose efficiency was up to 95.75%. Under the condi-tions of 72 h fermentation culture time, loading liquid quantity 50 mL, medium initial pH value 8.0, fermentation temper-ature 35 ℃, and table speed 160 r/rain, the best flocculation can be got.
