在微波辐射下,用活性炭磺化制得固体磺化炭作为催化剂,由乙酸和异戊醇合成乙酸异戊酯。对乙酸与异戊醇酯化反应条件进行优化,优化条件是:酸醇摩尔比为1.8:1,反应温度为200℃,反应时间为20min,催化剂用量为实际反应的乙酸质量的8%.乙酸的酯化率达85.51%.产物经过红外光谱表征。
在微波輻射下,用活性炭磺化製得固體磺化炭作為催化劑,由乙痠和異戊醇閤成乙痠異戊酯。對乙痠與異戊醇酯化反應條件進行優化,優化條件是:痠醇摩爾比為1.8:1,反應溫度為200℃,反應時間為20min,催化劑用量為實際反應的乙痠質量的8%.乙痠的酯化率達85.51%.產物經過紅外光譜錶徵。

Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol with solid sulfonic acid sulfonated ac-tivated carbon as catalyst under microwave irradiation. The effect of factors on the yield was studied and the optimum reac-tion conditions were found. They were as follows: molar ratio of acetic acid to isoamyl alcohol was 1.8 : 1, reaction tem-perature 200 ℃, reaction time 20 min, and the dosage of the catalyst was 8% of the practical acetic acid quality. Under the conditions, the yield was 85.51%. The product was characterized by IR.
