积极推进农业产业化经营，是推进农业结构调整升级、建设现代农业的重要途径，是提高农业效益、农牧民收入的重要途径，是转变农业发展方式的重要手段。通过调研，对新疆农业产业化经营发展状况进行数据统计，指出发展经营中存在的问题，并结合当前国际国内形势，针对性地提出自治区农业产业化发展的思路和目标及几项具体的推进举措。

적겁추진농업산업화경영，시추진농업결구조정승급、건설현대농업적중요도경，시제고농업효익、농목민수입적중요도경，시전변농업발전방식적중요수단。통과조연，대신강농업산업화경영발전상황진행수거통계，지출발전경영중존재적문제，병결합당전국제국내형세，침대성지제출자치구농업산업화발전적사로화목표급궤항구체적추진거조。
Promoting the industrialized operation of agriculture actively is the only way of promoting the upgrading of agricultural structure and the construction of modem agriculture,is the important means of Improving agricuhural efficiency and the income of the farmers, is an important means of changing agriculture development. Through the investigation and study, I count the development status of the industrialized operation of agriculture in Xinjiang by data. According to its condition, I point out the problems existing in the development of business. With the current interuational and domestic situation, the i- deas and goals of the autonomous regions and the development of agricultural industrialization, I propose several promoting in- itiatives specifically.
