针对养殖水质指标在线监控需要,设计开发了基于CAN总线和MICGS组态软件的分布式监控系统。该系统对养殖水质的盐度、pH值、溶解氧、温度等主要指标的实时数据进行监测,实现对养殖机械设备的实时控制。系统精确度高,控制响应时间在10s以内,故障发生率控制在5%以内,是一种全新的养殖生产方式,更是实现集约化水产养殖生产方式现代化的重要手段。可以实现以最少的资源耗费获得最大的优质产出和高效益.有力推动养殖增长方式转变,对推动我国现代化水产养殖具有重要意义。

A distributed monitoring system was designed and developed based on CAN bus and MCGS configuration software for the needs of on- line monitoring aquaculture water quality index.This system realized real-time data monitoring of the leading indicator of water quality, such as the salinity,pH value,dissolved oxygen,temperature,and etc,and real-time controlling of aquaculture mechanical equipment.The system is of high accuracy,for its control response time was within 10 seconds,and the malfunction occurrence rate was controlled within 5%.As a result,it is a new mode of aquaculture production, and it is more an important means which can realize the modernization of the intensive production mode of aquaculture. It can obtain the most high quality output and high benefit with the least consumption of resources,which can promote powerfully the growth mode transformation of aquaculture. So it has important significance in promoting the modernization of aquaculture in China.
