首先采用机械加气、常规滴灌和化学溶氧滴灌3种方式进行灌溉,其次利用增长率对根鲜重、总根数、主根数、株高、冠鲜重、根冠比进行计算分析,最后得出机械加气滴灌和化学溶氧滴灌可在旺长期和现蕾期提高烟草根干重、总根数、主根数.机械加气滴灌根冠比随着烟草的生长呈现接近并递增的趋势,而化学溶氧加气滴灌和常规滴灌烟草根冠比随着烟草的发育呈现逐渐降低的趋势.机械加气滴灌方式可使烟草根系活力达到最优,根系体积扩大,不定根及细根量增多,根系活力增强,这为增氧滴灌技术的推广应用提供了理论依据。

Three kinds of irrigation means including mechanical aerobic irrigation, conventional irrigation and chemioal oxygation irrigation were firstly adopted in the irrigation. Secondly ,calculation and analysis of root fresh weight, total root numbers, main root numbers, plant height, crown fresh weight, root crown ratio of every phase of tobacco by growth rate was conducted. The results showed that parameter including root fresh weight, total root number, main root number were all improved with mechanical aerobic irrigation and chemical oxygation irrigation in euberant growth stage and bud stage . But root crown ratio in every stage appeared the increasing trend with mechanical aerated irrigation, while root crown ratio appeared a gradually decreasing trend with chemical oxygation irrigation or conventional irrigation. Mechanical aerobic irrigation methods could make the tobacco root vigor achieve optimization. Root system volume was expanded, adventitious root, root numbers and root vitality were increased which were provide a theoretical basis for aerobic irrigation technology application.
