由于传统的切割装置不能精确的实现材料切割,为了实现对材料的精确切割,文中设计了一种包括上位机和下位机的切割装置系统。该系统下位机是以AT89C52为核心,并通过上位机和下位机之间的通信来实现对材料切割的精确控制。实践证明该系统有一定的实际应用价值。

Due to disadvantage of the traditional cutting device for accuracy, to solve this problem a new system for the laser cutting device is designed involving host computer and lower computer. The lower computer used the chip AT89C52 formed nucleus of this system, through the communication of the host computer and lower computer it can realize the accurate control of the material cutting. After the practical application it shows that the system is valuable for the laser cutting device.
