利用车辆在运动中产生的空气气流来推动直驱发电机发电。根据不同车辆的构遗设计出相适应的空气导流茇置。谈装置能将气流压缩，井形成一定压力，通过导流装置导向风动机并带动直驱发电机实现发电。由于车辆的运动是变速的，所以利用气流发出的电压不稳定。根据这一因素设计相适应的控制电路来稳定发电机的输出电压。所发出的电能可作为车辆储备电泺使用。这一技术可使不利车辆运动的空气阻力变为有用的风力发电的气流动力。
