近几年,由于我国高校的扩招、社会经济形势不景气,大学生就业形势变得越来越严峻。许多高校毕业生转而选择了创业,但是由于能力不足、缺乏经验,创业成功率并不高。由此,本文以理工类高校毕业生为研究对象,结合对高校毕业生创业必备的能力和素质的调查,旨在构建并完善我国高校的创业指导体系,以达到促进毕业生创业、提高创业成功率的目的。
